Warranty Information

Watches2U covers your purchase for 31 days from the date you placed your order. If you have any problems within this time, please read the information on our Returns & Refund Policy Section.

Watches2U Warranty

For a selection of brands Watches2U provide a 1 year limited movement warranty directly to you. Any watches qualifying for the Watches2U warranty have this information displayed within the product specifications. The Watches2U warranty covers the watch movement. It does not cover any other part of the watch for example straps/bracelets, clasps, glass, batteries or water resistance. Wear and tear is not covered by the Watches2U warranty.

Manufacturer's Warranty

If an item develops a fault during the period within the manufacturers warranty we advise you deal directly with the manufacturer to remedy any issues as returning via us can delay a repair by 4-6 weeks. A copy of your invoice will act as proof of purchase for any warranty issues. Please note that as we are based within the European Union any warranty issues that arise from customers outside the European Union may require the customer to deal with a Manufacturer’s office within the European Union depending on certain brands. Any additional costs for the inbound and outbound shipping of the goods are the customers responsibility and we will only cover costs within the United Kingdom. Please note we do not usually stamp warranty cards - your Watches2U invoice acts as your proof of purchase. All the manufacturers we deal with recognise your Watches2U invoice as proof your warranty is valid. You may request a copy of your invoice to be resent to you at any time.


The manufacturers' warranty covers your watch and we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly should a fault develop. Contact details are usually printed in the documentation that comes with your watch.

In general, manufacturers' warranties cover the watch movement only, for the warranty period, from the date of purchase.

Stones/crystals, bracelets, batteries, lenses and straps are not usually covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

We encourage you to read the manufacturer's warranty booklet which arrives with your watch for full details. Your warranty booklet usually contains advice on how best to look after your watch to ensure it keeps accurate time, and stays in good condition. Failure to read and adhere to the advice in the warranty booklet can invalidate your warranty.


The manufacturer's warranty covers your jewellery item against material and manufacturer defects that exist at the time of delivery. Please read the enclosed warranty booklet on arrival, it usually contains the manufacturers' warranty contact details should you need them.


The manufacturer's warranty covers your sunglasses against any defects that exist at the time of delivery.
