BCBG MAX AZRIA is a French designer fashion label with over 500 shops and instore boutiques worldwide and whose main line of business is in creating womens ready to wear haute couture clothing which has received critical acclaim throughout the fashion world. The BCBGMAXAZRIA GROUP was founded by Max Azria, who was born in Tunisia but moved to France as a child and later grew up in Paris. BCBG is an acronymn of "Bon Chic, Bon Genre" which in French slang means "Good Style, Good Attitute".

After working for 11 years in Paris, Max Azria moved to Los Angeles in 1981 where he launched a line of ladies fashion clothing outlets named 'Jess'. These stores provided trendy French style fashion womens clothing to the American market. Then in 1989 the BCBG Max Azria label was launched and by 1998 Max Azria was hailed as providing affordable fashion and was invited into The Council of Fashion Designers of America.

As the brand grew Max Azria began expanding into other products such as handbags, shoes, swimwear, jewellery, belts, sunglasses and more recently Max Azria watches which are a range of exclusive and stylish watches made for women, ladies or girls. BCBG Max Azria Watches come in a wide range of shapes, styles and colours, with each one having their own personal identity adding a touch of French designer flair with a modern twist.
