Soyuz Russian watches were first manufactured back in the early 1940's, Soyuz has since become part of the Rekord Watch Making Company Ltd based in Moscow.

Soyuz design and manufacture prestigious mechanical watches with complicated functions, intricate and beautifully crafted these have to be some of the most desirable dress watches available for men at these price points on the market today.

The men's Soyuz watch collection is an impressive looking range which has grown on me hugely ever since we added them to our portfolio in early 2009.

Soyuz wristwatches use various self winding mechanical movements with up to 35 jewels with various functions like: Chronograph, day, day/date and moon phase.

All Soyuz wristwatches use stainless steel cases with some having 5 micron gold plating, with stainless steel case backs. Sapphire crystals lenses keep the watches sealed from the outside world and help create a water resistant environment for most models at depths of 50m (5ATM).

Many of the models are simply masterpieces, with some watches having amazingly intricate skeleton dials allowing you to see the self winding movement in action.

With the average price for a Soyuz watch being around the £330 mark they are not cheap, however with high quality movements and exemplary build quality and attention to detail you get more than you pay for.
