Skagen Denmark hail from a town of the same name on the Denmark coast, a coastal village steeped in artistic heritage and design as seen on many canvasses the world over through the eyes of the many high profile artists going back to the 19th century. The Skagen watch range is a clean lined, contemporary range of designer dress watches, reflecting the Danish creative spirit with elegant, clean designs, sublime craftsmanship and technical perfection.

The company was founded by Charlotte Jorst and Henrik Jorst, who in 1989 went to the United States to start their very own company 'Skagen Denmark'. Skagen Designs now has offices in Denmark, Hong Kong and the U.S.A with stores in Denmark and concept store in Hong Kong, Korea, Australia, Malaysia and Japan.

Skagen Denmark also design jewellery, watches and sunglasses and judging by Henrik Jorst's 21 classic car collection including rare Jaguars, Ferrari, Porsche and two Cadillac's the products have been a huge success.

The men's Skagen watch range embodies the spirit of Danish design with their sleek curves, clean lines and minimalism; beautifully designed and functional watches suitable for day and evening wear.

Skagen use stainless steel or titanium to manufacture all the casings, some have black I.P plating or gold plating. The cases are either round, square or rectangular being the most clean lined shapes that compliment the Danish approach; finished off with stainless steel case backs and toughened mineral glass lenses. Titanium, steel or leather is used for bracelets and straps, which fasten to your wrist with either a popper or tang buckle clasp fastening (depending on the material used). All Skagen wristwatches house quality and accurate quartz movements in either 2 hand, three hand with or without chronograph, day, month and date features.
