About the Jorg Gray range

Jorg Gray watches were founded in 1998 as a privately owned company primarily for the American market, however since President Obama was seen wearing a Jorg Gray 6500 Chronograph watch at the Inaugural swearing in ceremony in January 2009 the company has exploded on to the international scene. Funny enough President Obama was given the watch as a gift by White House Secret Service agents on his 46th birthday (as a Senator in August 2007) and has in fact been seen wearing his Jorg Gray 6500 Chronograph watch at several events dating back to 2008; the White House Secret Service agents also wear Jorg Gray watches.

Jorg Gray maybe a name you’re not familiar with but it soon will be, Jorg Gray are now branching out in to the European and UK markets, in fact if you live or visit London you may well have already seen Jorg Gray-liveried Black Cabs.

So what is the hype about? Jorg Gray watches are well designed and functional high quality timepieces. The Jorg Gray range is powered by either high-quality Japanese Miyota mechanisms or high-quality Swiss quartz movements in their latest creations. Currently there is only one ladies Jorg Gray watch model on offer, the ladies Commemorative Chronograph watch but there are plenty of styles and finishes to choose from for the men.

Each Jorg Gray wristwatch is housed in either a brushed or polished stainless steel case, with stainless steel case backs. As stated previously each models houses a high-quality Japanese or Swiss movement, with varying functions like Chronograph, date and tachymeter depending on model and style you go for. All models sport a leather strap or stainless steel bracelet and toughened crystal glass lenses, so they are manufactured to last.
