Product Review Policy

Product reviews and ratings help other users make a more informed decision when purchasing products online. The product review star ratings provide an at a glance indication of the average rating given by other customers on a scale of 1-5 stars; 5 Stars being the best possible rating. Product reviews are only written by customers of Watches2u.com and can provide more detailed information about the positives and negatives of a given product.

How do you calculate the average rating of a product?
If a product has three reviews with ratings of 3 stars, 4 stars and 5 stars, we add up all the stars which is 12 then divide that number by the number of reviews submitted for that product which in this case is 3; So the average customer review is 4 stars.

Guidelines for Submitting a Good Review

• Let your fellow customers know if the product met your expectations
• Is the product better than a previous similar product you have owned before?
• Would you recommend the product to other users, friends and family?
• Were there particular features that you did or did not like about the product?
• Please keep all reviews on topic, the product review is for the product your reviewing and as such should be product focused
• A good review is a short and to the point review with between 250 and 500 words
