Prize Draw Policy

These following terms apply to all of the Prize Draws we run on Watches2u.com.

Our Daily Giveaway is open to anyone from around the world over the age of 18
The daily prize draw winner will be picked at random on each day at midnight, Monday to Sunday and contacted by the email address provided; Watches2u's decision is final.
The prize draw winner agrees to provide a photo by email only, and will allow us to display it on the Watches2u website and newsletters along with their first name and county, city or country of origin. Please send photo's at the original size, we will edit them to the correct size and insure that only your face and minimal background information is visible.
The picture you send us must be of the person who has claimed the prize, if we find that this is not the case the prize draw in question will become void.
If the winner does not respond to the winners notification email sent from us within 24 hours with an attached photo, or the winner does not wish to send a photo or be listed on our winner's page, the prize draw for the day in question will become void. Watches2u cannot be held responsible for emails going to your junk folder, we also cannot be held responsible for any delays with your ISP in delivering the email to you.
If your prize is returned to us through the post marked 'undelivered', through no fault of our own. You will be responsible for the delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your prize back out to you.
Prizes cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for another watch, if the prize is broken or defective on arrival we will replace it with the same make and model watch.
You cannot earn V.I.P points for winning prizes.
By entering our daily prize draw you agree to receive our newsletter, you will of course have the option to remove yourself from our mailing list at anytime.
Employees of Watches2u International Limited and partners are not eligible to enter our daily prize draws.

We have received a few emails from customers asking us why they have not won a watch having entered every day, the prize draw is very popular with several thousand people signing up each and every day. Because of the vast amounts of entrants we receive it is not as easy to win as perhaps it may appear to be, however many people have won on more than one occasion. We should also point out that we do not pick the winners ourselves, the winners are picked automatically by our system each night at midnight.

We have also sadly received a few emails expressing doubt as to the validity of our daily prize draw, is it really too good to be true? We are able to run our daily prize draw because we sell hundreds of watches every week through our website, Amazon and hundreds of other online outlets including our high street showrooms. You might ask yourself why we would do this, well it generates a lot interest and helps spread the word giving us great exposure. Of course it is also fun for you guy's, especially those of you who are lucky enough to win. We do abide by all regulations governing competition/prize draws and keep all winners email correspondence, proof of shipping and all other prize draw related information for any regulatory authority to look at.

PLEASE NOTE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE CHANGING ON MONDAY 16TH JANUARY 2012 TO COINCIDE WITH THE LAUNCH OF OUR NEW FACEBOOK INTEGRATED DAILY GIVEAWAYS.
