If you would like a Gift Voucher for a higher amount, simply email us and we will create the new Gift Voucher for you.

Gift Voucher Policy

These conditions apply to Gift Vouchers which have been purchased from Watches2u.com

Each Gift Voucher has a unique code with a combination of letters and numbers which can be redeemed at Watches2u.com only
You are responsible for insuring that only you or the person you wish to give the gift voucher to uses the unique code on the gift voucher, Watches2u.com cannot be held responsible for anyone else seeing and using your gift voucher once we have emailed it to you; Your gift voucher is not tied to your Watche2U.com customer V.I.P account
If the value of an order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid with a credit or debit card
If the full amount of the Gift Voucher is not redeemed on your first purchase (example you spend £60.00 using a £100.00 gift voucher), simply keep using your unique gift voucher code until the full balance has been used
If you place an order worth less than your gift voucher and then return the order for a refund, we will credit the same amount you redeemed against the order using your gift voucher back on to your unique gift voucher number for you to use against your next purchase
If you place an order that exceeds the value of your gift voucher and then return the order for a refund, we will refund both your unique gift voucher and the credit or debit card you used for the same amounts you were originally charged to each when placing the same order for the product(s) returned
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any orders placed on Watches2u.com
Gift vouchers cannot be used to buy further gift vouchers
Only one gift voucher can be used per order
Gift vouchers have a cash value of 0.001p and are not transferable or assignable.
