Stock levels
Unlike a lot of online retailers we ourselves are not drop shippers. We actually hold the stock and send the products out ourselves from one of our different warehouses. As a general rule, if you see the item on our website, then we will usually have it in stock. Although because of the different venues we sell on, it is inevitable from time to time that we run out of stock before we have a chance to update our site and turn the product off.
We do not take back orders and as such if you place an order and we have run out of stock of that particular model, as soon as we are aware of this, we will email you offering you either a full refund or alternative model of similar style and value.
Manufactures warranty?
In the unlikely event that you do have to use the manufacturers warranty, please refer to the warranty booklet that
comes inside the case of the item you purchased. All details including where the faulty item needs to be sent to, can
usually be found therein. With almost all of the warranties, you will NOT need to pre activate them and they will only need to be used in the unlikely event that the item stops working. It is best to check the warranty booklet that comes with your watch for confirmation of what is covered however as a general guide the following applies.
Things typically covered by warranty:
- Defective parts or workmanship.
- Watch movement.
- Hands & Dials.
Things typically NOT covered by warranty:
- The strap of a watch (unless defective).
- Crystals on the exterior.
- Glass scratches or breakages.
- Battery.
- Damage from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear & tear.
- Water damage unless marked water resistant (Please be aware of the ATM ratings).
If using the manufacturers' warranty, you will usually need to send the watch to your geographical locations (usually done by country) closest service centre, where upon they will advise and where
appropriate,
fix the fault. Some warranties however operate differently, so please refer to the warranty booklet that comes with the watch for full instructions.
Returning an item
As mentioned above, items should be checked AS SOON AS POSSIBLE following receipt of goods, preferably
within 7 days of receiving your goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within a reasonable time frame, approximately 30 days from when you receive them. This also applies when the goods being bought are to be gifts or consequently sold on again; please check all items received from us as soon as possible!
If you wish to send an item back to us for any reason you will need to contact us first to make us aware of your intentions. We may also be able to advise you as to whether the product is faulty or whether there is a misunderstanding in the instructions and/or functions of the product. To contact us about an issue with your item/order, please email Customer Services and give us as much information as possible including your name, order number, when the item was received and what the actual problem is.
We try to answer all emails within 3 hours of receiving them, however please remember that we are a business and as such work normal Monday to Friday working hours. If you send an email over the weekend you should receive a reply on Monday but it may not be till slightly later due to the weekend backlog.
Please note that when sending items back to us (for whatever reason), that you are strongly advised to send them by recorded delivery only. Sending by normal post means that there is a potential that the items may be lost in the postal system and there is then no way for you to prove that we received the item back. Any items that you have received that are incorrect or faulty and that we have consequently pledged to exchange; we will endeavour to reimburse your return shipping costs, providing the items are returned to us by an appropriate and relative method, (for UK based customer we suggest 1st Class recorded delivery).
