Our commitment

We will under normal circumstances fulfil all orders within 48 hours of receiving an order (within normal working hours excluding public holidays). We will only knowingly charge you for items despatched to you, in your agreement.

No liability will be accepted by Watches2u for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.
