Below is a guide to how we charge and categorize our shipping zones. If in doubt the best way to find out the price of shipping for a given product, simply add the desired item to your cart and proceed on to the
checkout system. The checkout will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you (providing you have an account) which will vary depending on what items are sent where.
If you don't have an account yet, simply set one up (after all, we will need to know your delivery address for our
couriers to deliver the item to you!), which takes less than a minute.
As an alternative, watches2u are proud to announce that we can now offer you a next working day courier delivery service option.
In the shipping options it is now possible to select: "UK Mainland Next Working Day Courier (11am cut off)"
This basically means that providing we receive the order before 11.00 hours we will ship the item out the same day for next working day delivery (Monday-Friday). When we ship orders out by CityLink they will deliver them the next working day in between the hours of 09.00 and 17.30 at the delivery address you supply. As with all orders we ship out, a signature on delivery will be required, so please make sure some one is in to sign for it.
As stated above, if there is no one in to sign for them, they should leave a card with your local depots contact telephone number on it, where upon you can then contact them and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. (Please note that they can only reattempt a delivery to the same address. Alternative delivery address will require a further shipping fee.) Please note: This option is only available to Mainland UK Delivery addresses.
To select this option simply click on the option in the "Ship Method" stage of the checkout.
Simply put the City Link job number (DRE number) that we sent you (by email) in the field and a detailed delivery report will be displayed showing the progress of your item.

Overseas Customers
We send all international items out by Deltec couriers who use either "1st Class International Signed For" delivery or "Skynet" couriers, depending on weight, value and where the item is being sent to.
The tracking numbers for items sent by "1st Class International Signed For" will always end with the letters "SE". To check an item sent this way you will need to check with the destination countries postal services after a couple of days, when it has left the UK and then entered that country.
The tracking numbers for items sent out by "Skynet Couriers" will always start with the numbers "0064" followed by a series of other numbers. To see the progress of your Skynet delivery, you can use Skynets' online Tracking facility by clicking here: Skynet.
