As general advice for purchasing things online, there are a few Do's and Dont's about buying online. Firstly, watches2u will never ask you for your Credit or Debit Card details by email, NEVER send your card details by email to anyone! Emails can be hacked and as such are not secure.
The only time we ask for payment is in our check out system, unless it is for re-shipment or part exchange for a different item. If sending cash by post, we strongly advise to send it by Special Delivery only and to disguise it where ever possible to prevent potential theft. If sending payment by PayPal, please find out what paypal account to make the payment to before trying to send payment.
When ever sending a payment, where possible always include as much information as you can including the order/invoice number and contact details including your telephone number.
If you are outside the UK but in an EU member state, providing you are a legitimate VAT registered company, we can exclude you from paying VAT providing you supply us with your VAT number and registered address in advance, prior to placing an order. Please note that Watches2u cannot refund the VAT on orders placed before your VAT number has been verified. Buyers outside the EU
Please be aware that if we are sending items to you outside of the EU, you will not be paying VAT, however you may be liable for your countries import and customs charges. Watches2u can take no responsibility for any import or sales tax your local customs may impose on your purchase. If you have any doubts, we strongly suggest you talk to your local Customs or Tax office BEFORE buying a product.

The simplest way to be sure that you are viewing the price that would apply to you is to create a member account. Once your account is created with your correct address information, all you have to do is log into your account when you visit
the store and you will automatically be shown a price inclusive or exclusive of VAT, depending on your country of origin.
