History:
Watches2u has now been in operation for over 5 and a half years and have a wide range of different great value products. Our objective is to offer exceptional quality timepieces to the public at unbeatable factory prices. We are now arguably one of the largest online distributors/resellers of watches in the world whilst also offering a wide range of designer products amongst them including Lacoste, Hugo Boss, Police, Maurice Lacroix and Casio to name just a few. Our high volume mail order distribution process allows us to offer potentially up to 90% off retail value. We are able to ship our products almost anywhere in the world and our large scale buying power ensures the best possible prices.
Our Objective:
As a company, we are primarily an online retailer, with our main objective being to offer consumers a wide range of high quality goods at great savings over retail prices. We are a medium sized mail order company and have developed custom warehouses kitted out, exactly for this purpose.
Logistics:
Situated in south London in the U.K, we have an advanced efficient mail order warehouse set up, which allows us to send out almost any size package, using one of many different courier companies, dependant on weight, where the items are destined for and the level and speed of service required. On the whole, for smaller items we use Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery and for larger and heavier items we've found it generally more effective to send these items out using selected couriers.

Our Commitment to You...
At Watches2u we take our relationship with our customers very seriously. We work hard to provide the best possible customer service and support, and take pride in the fact that most of our customers are immensely satisfied and will 90% of the time come back to shop with us again.
When sending an email to us, please be aware that we are only here during normal working hours (9.30-5.30 Monday to Friday). We will try to answer all emails we get within 3 hours of receiving them, however on Monday's please bear in mind that it might take slightly longer to reply as there may be a backlog from the weekend.
If you are at all dissatisfied with the service you have received when making a purchase from us, please put your concerns into writing and send an email to Customer Services and we will address them as soon as possible.
Quality Control...
All our watches and sunglasses are fully guaranteed and we only sell 100% genuine articles. The majority of our watches are supplied with a five year international movement warranty and this will be stated on each product viewable before purchase. Prior to dispatch, all goods are inspected to make sure they are of a high quality and fit to be sent, if there are any problems with the product when you first receive it, (please check the item within 7 days of receipt) we will replace it for you at no extra cost.*
